The location was convenient, being close to the airport. the staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in earlier and sorting out any issues we had with our reservation. the room was comfortable and the price was affordable. the hotel was easy to find.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the bathroom was dirty and had a strong odor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful, allowing me to check in early and assisting with a reservation issue due to Nyepi day. The location was also convenient, being close to the airport. The room was comfortable and the price was reasonable.
